Salad

I'm in my 13 week post op and was wondering if anyone has tried eating salad at this stage and what was the outcome?

Myself? I got so sick of everything sweet, that I blended a tomato, cuke, chives, vinegar and oil until it was completely pureed and enjoyed my salad when I was in the pureed stage. I received my team's approval and enjoyed my "salad" twice a week until I got to solids. Now I have a regular salad with Protein whenever I want as a meal.

Good luck!

Don't you just love a good salad??

I had a hard time with salad greens and raw veggies until about 6 months out.
