2 week pre opp diet struggle

I'm on day 2 of the pre opp liquid diet. Any tips or tricks for a mom that still has to cook for her family. Cooking for them and watching them eat is an inner battle right now. Thoughts? My date is scheduled for April 19th, and I can't wait for it to be here already!

It is a huge struggle for the first couple days as your body adjusts to the changes. Once you get past the carb withdrawal (4-5 days) it gets soooo much easier! I liked to microwave a couple sugar free Popsicles to get them a little soft and slushie and eat them with a spoon for a treat when I was on the pre op diet. It was a nice treat! Best of luck to you!!
