I am getting nervous

Hi I'm 40 years old I'm 4 11 I weigh 220 . The reason I'm doing this is because I have serious thyroid issues and losing weight for the past five years has been such an amazing struggle so my doctor suggested this. I'm worried about losing to much weight and I will look sick. But I have to do something different my quality of life sucks.
