Full or Empty

I don't know if i am full or empty. Slight discomfort in my stomach. I am starting week 5 and all is going well except this feeling. Does anyone else have this problem Protein and water intake is great

    At 5 weeks, it's common not to be sure if you are full. You should be measuring your food and eating on a schedule, not relying on "full" signals just yet.

    I week 3 and I was just telling my husband that I dont think I'm eating enough. I'm not sure what full feels like, but I am afraid to just keeping eating. I dont have discomfort, I have a gurgling fee

61 lbs lost in a month is huge. How did you manage that

I had the lapband for 3 years then on the 9th of March I had revision to sleeve. Altogether I lost 61. It's not showing that it's been 3 years.
