Vitamins please

Hi everyone !!!

I'm getting my things ready and making sure I have everything I need .... and I haven't been able to find a list of the Vitamins I will need ...

Any suggestions ? I have already started taking Biotin and have bought bariatric vitamins but I'm not sure if I will need to take anything else?

Thanks

Your surgeon or nutritionist should be able to provide you with a list. Mine was: Bariatric Multivitamin Calcium +D3 liquid B12 Probiotic

  • Mine recommended the flint stone chewable. The Bariatric ones didn't sit well on my tummy. I use a multi vitamin gummy and a b complex. Oh and a B12 sublingual.
