Excuse me while I happy dance...

I GOT A SURGERY DATE!! WOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

April 14th I'll be sleeved by Dr. Enrique Elli at Mayo Clinic!

This seemed like the longest process ever.. started on January 4th, and now it's just two weeks away.

I start my Optifast liquid diet tomorrow. I know it'll be miserable, but I'm going to hold onto the idea that I don't care because I HAVE A DATE!!

  • @@KELLIEDN I know it wasn't actually that long, not for a life-altering process. But it still seemed so to me

  • Congrats! Looking forward to reading about your experience!

I was dr elli's patient at UIC. He's wonderful. Unfortunately, he left to go to Mayo Clinic the month before my surgery.

Hi Ruthless! I finally got a surgery date myself! 4/20. So I'll be about one week behind you! So excited for this new journey!!!
