Currently I eat lots of almonds, boiled eggs and yogurt.

I take a small lunch get called the Bentgo. It is made for kids but has great small portion separations and has a good seal -- so, far no spills. It's available on Amazon and from their website. It is big enough to carry lunch and a couple of snacks.

Mini baby bell cheese. Granola bars.

I like petite baby carrots, lowfat string cheese, a banana or a good crisp fuji apple.

Sargento cheese snacks, cooked uncured turkey bacon (STAPLE in my house. I cook up a pack on Sunday's in a pan with some EVOO spray and use it all week for snacks - I also use it as a high protein, sturdy "chip" for things like hummus or chicken salad), Quest protein chips are all must haves for me.

I like all of the above. Maybe lightly fried firm tofu in soy sauce and a hint of chilli. They are nice hot, fresh out of the pan, not quite as good cold. High protein and filling. Could marinate tofu with satay, sweet chilli or bbq too I suppose.
