She believed she could so she did.

12/2014 I woke up 40 yrs old; I was sick and sad. I needed to see a doctor for blood pressure refills and pulled up a map and located the closest doctor to my house. I wasn't looking to make any changes; but the doctor was so nice and non-judgemental; I felt obligated to lose weight, after all I was 402lbs. I started with high protein; low carbs and 1/2 phentermine. In one year I was down 99lbs and qualified for the RNY procedure. I am 3 months post op and down a total of 135lbs. I workout four times a week; sticking with rowing and cycling. I am 126lbs from goal weight and I have come so far. I am loving life and have zero regrets. Long way to go yet and I've come so far.post-288225-14591077631937_thumb.jpgpost-288225-14591077958222_thumb.jpg
