New to the group

Hi all. I'm totally new to this group. Saw my Doc klingman at the University of maryland Baltimore for the first time. Is anyone familiar with him ?. I'm just starting my nutrition class. Right now I'm trying to take the Vitamin and eat right as well as keeping track of what I eat. I'm so open to any advice I could benefit from. Thanx

How is the food tracking and diet working out for you? It gets easier. What are your stats?

I feel like the Vitamins am taking is making me eat even more. But today was the first day I'm trying to put my foot down to break that habits. I bought one at GNC and it makes me nauseous and i switch to ONE A DAY WOMEN, which makes me get hungry.

I used to use the chewable ones but ugh those were nasty. I take calcium B12 and B1. I didn't start til after surgery. My pre op diet was a little hard but I managed because if they saw a gain.. You wouldn't qualify for the surgery.

Yea that's usually how it goes everyone's insurance is different though. I didn't have to lose a lot but when you gain it's showing them you can't stick to the lifestyle change WLS requires
