I had vsg surgery on Feb 29th in Tijuana, Mexico. Everything was fine. I lost 15 lbs on my 2 week pre op diet, then 7 the first week. Then 3, and now the scale hasn't been moving. For 2 weeks now. Im eating very few carbs, trying to get all my water, but only getting about half. I'm getting all the recommended protein, (60-80 g daily). Haven't been able to exercise much. Only walking on weekends. Anyone else have a stall this early on? How did you break it?
I'm very discouraged. I'm eating healthy (solids now), but I'm just not seeing the results I was hoping for.
