4 weeks out and I feel soreness just over my belly button. About 1/2" above the incision. Not pain but a little tender. Also feels a little hard there. Anyone else experience this? I don't feel it is enough of a concern to call surgeon. Figure it's just scar tissue from the surgery.

Of my four incisions, the only one that gave me any grief was the one closest to my belly button. That is the one that is a bit bigger for removing the cut-away part of my stomach. Plus, larger tools were used through that incision and makes for a bit more trauma at that site. If I remember correctly, it was tender for a couple of months while healing and then there was no problem after that.

I would check with your surgeon but I agree. It seemed to take longer than I would have thought to feel "back to normal" with no pain. I'm almost 7 weeks post op and I think it was about week 5 or so that I felt like I had no pain around my incision to the right of my belly button.
