3 week stall

I expected the 3 week stall but it is still playing mind games on me.. I feel so weak and tired to the point my doctor gave me another week off from work.. So dealing with the stall, feeling weak and no work is kinda messing with me.

I lived for Shelly's Baked Ricotta during my puree phase. It was like eating real food! She also has several other good recipes on this page: http://theworldaccordingtoeggface.blogspot.com/2007/08/p

How are you doing in getting in all of your protein and fluids? The sooner you can regularly hit those numbers the sooner you will feel better (based on my experience).

For the stall, there's not a lot you can do other than wait it out. For the fatigue, I found mine got much better once I was onto more solid foods and could get more calories in. What food stage are you in now?

I am asking because I had lost enough weight with pre-op diet and being post-op (around 3 weeks) that my BP was dropping really low and I was on meds for it. Check your BP and make sure you are staying hydrated. If your BP is low contact your doctor!
