Calorie intake 35 days post op

Hi folks I'm 35 days post op and around 18 lbs from my goal. I had lost around 45 lbs before surgery.

Anyway, it's slowing down a lot now, lost 1.6 lbs last week, the slowest it's been. I'm eating around 850 calories a day on puree phase another three weeks. Just curious what kind of calorie intake people are doing at various stages post op, I track everything.

One thing, I gotta raise up my exercise, I'm doing real ginger 30 minute walks but wanna add ab work and harder cardio.

One weird observation: I get up now earlier around 530 everyday no problem and that was always a huge problem for me...that and for the first time in decades I no longer take ANY pain killers like advil, aspirin etc. The joint and back pain has just subsided incredibly, that alone makes this all worth it, cheers!!
