I'm one month post VGS and have been walking everyday since two hours after surgery! (Very determined to do this right!).
I feel I'm at a point where I'm ready to start jogging/walking. I use to be a runner back in the day and I feel my body saying, "let's go!" But I'm not sure if it's too soon. Please share your advice you received from your physicians.
Also, has anyone heard when you are allowed to do sit ups or planks?
