Moods during weight loss

Hey!

So as I'm shrinking, I'm noticing that I am so irritable and I have way less patience for the annoying people in my life. I'm normally a very calm and collected person, so this is weird for me. I've almost considered seeing a doctor for anxiety disorder until I realized it could be the changes to my body.

Has anyone else experienced this post surgery?

Sorry - try to identify these moments and what is the root cause. Then you can start to learn what is the best solution to overcome them.

One more note - since before surgery I was taking anti-depressants. I upped the amount during right before sugery till about 6 months post surgery. I am now at 1 year and notice I can drop back to my normal dosage. Maybe you should talk to your doctor about some anti-anxiety type medications.

Thank you! I know I definitely need to see my doctor about it because it's starting to get out of hand. It almost feels like I have PMS on steroids....but it just never ends!!! I'm ultra sensitive one minute, angry the next. I worry about everything, and then stress, it's really out of character for me. And nothing major has happened to alter it recently.
