Coconut Water on Clear Liquid Stage?

Can you drink coconut water in this stage? It seems like it would be a great alternative to say, Gatorade.

    I don't know if you can, but that is my exact plan when it comes time for me. I'm about 99% & 3/4 sure (lol) that is ok. I'm going to ask the doctor when I see him ..

    I know some can have a high sugar content (esp flavored), but the Vita Coco Pure is only 5g sugar, so I'm thinking it should be okay.

    That may work as long as you dont get a kind that has the pulp mixed in with it. But I'm not positive because it may be similar to orange juice which isn't a clear liquid?? Let me know what you find out!
