Anybody else with this insurance? Every time I call and talk to a rep they are so confused. I continually get conflicting information and it's like pulling teeth to get something in writing. Just hoping to connect with someone else.

Have virginia anthem BCBS and they are sooo confusing! I am beyond frustrated. I finally started doing the online chat system thinking whatever they say will be solid... However, even when they message you something it is not considered "gold" unless on letterhead!
