I had bypass 11/15 and seem to be at a stand still even though Im only 3+ month out. How do I jump start back to losing? I welcome any/all advice please. I seem to be able to eat anything that I want, just in smaller quantity already. I dont want to undue everything that I have done thus far. Thank you all in advance!
