I agree with them 100%. As long as you follow the plan, get your protein, water, and vitamins in and gradually increase your activity, you WILL lose the weight!

Today was my 3rd follow up appointment with my surgeon. I told them I was disappointed that I lost 10 pounds the first week after surgery and then nothing the next 3. They reassured me that it's normal, that everyones body is different and some will lose from the beginning and others(probably me) will start losing a couple months afterwards. They told me my metabolism might have to catch up. I just have to focus on what I'm putting into my body and how I feel and not what the scale says. It is definitely going to be a struggle.
