Hi Friends-I'm 5 days post op and a little concerned that I am drinking too fast. I think I am ok with protein shakes. It takes me about 1 hour to finish one 11oz bottle (pure or premier).
But when it comes to warm liquids I can get them down pretty quickly. Looking back at my food journal I have been having 16oz of broth for lunch (30-60min). And tonight I just sipped away 16oz of tea in 20 minutes. Is this too much fluid at once? Am I stretching my sleeve? Sipping has gotten easier each day and today was the first day I didn't have spasms while sipping so I just kept going. Any ideas/advice would be great!!!
