It's pretty good. I have only 1 servings not the whole container. My favorite is Artic Zero. both brands need to me microwaved for 20-30 seconds to soften up but very yummy, and are a good alterative to full blown sugar and fat of ice cream.

I've tried pro-yo. It's like a protein yogurt, 20g of protein. The flavor I've had is only ok, it just tastes like a frozen protein shake.
