7 month surgiversary

Hi everyone, I had my 7 month mark on the 3rd, down 84lbs. Just very recently the weight loss has slowed down quite a bit, but I have uped my carbs and need to get them back down. Terrible addiction those carbs, for me its crackers and bread. I am so grateful for my sleeve. So glad I did this surgery, sometimes I can't wrap my head around that I have even had it done. Now everyone I see notices it, and that feels great. I don't hide it from anyone, and so far no nasty comments. I don't tell unless asked. I appreciate this forum and lean something each time I read it, nd just to know there are people going through the same thing helps. I had a total knee replacement 10 weeks ago, and dealing with that horrific pain, has set me back some, but going to keep on going to reach goal by 1 year hopefully. Good luck to everyone.
