I used then. My numbers were good.

I just received mine and started using them on 3/4/16. I can already tell the Vitamin B12 is working. My regular doctor knows I'll be having surgery done in June and agreed to submit orders for new blood work next month (had it done 2/23/16) to see if my Vitamin D levels have gone up. This will tell me if the Patches are working or not.
