Thank u all for sharing your experiences, I have incorporated a workout something I wasn't doing at first, the 1st 2 days I went up 3 lbs but I eventually lost them, I eat healthy, consume Protein, and take my Vitamins. Im having a little problem getting the recommended amount of Water in tho.... U all are right I haven't really experienced hair loss and I don't want saggy skin so I am content as long as the scale continues to go down!!!! I am so excited, received my date today! Pre-op is this Friday, I start my 2 week liquid diet next Thursday, and my surgery date is set for AUGUST 4, 2016!!!! I have just finished my first full day of my Clear liquids diet which I have 13 more days to complete ???? I am extremely proud of myself for staying strong and not giving in to temptation...I keep thinking about my prize at the end of the finish line!How did you guys feel, did you find the pre- op diet a breeze or fairly difficult to handle and/or stick with? I have medical mutual insurance through my state employer. I know quite a few employees that have went through the surgery and none of them recall paying a deductible or a rather large deductible before pre-op. I was told by my advocate that I will need to pay $1500 before my pre admission, I have been working doubles like crazy to come up with this money before surgery in July did anyone else have this issue?
