Hi I'm new to this so plz bare with me, I've had gastric bypass Feb 8th this year, I was in the hospital a few days extra, I was very very nauseous, and was , throwing up blood, but my x-rays were fine. After a few days started keeping my liquids down, but now I've got this pain on my left side that's got me bothered, has anyone else have this?

Pain on the left side is pretty common following bypass. If you are really concerned give your doctors office a call.

I had really bad pain in my right side that would sometimes go to my back but I called the doctor and he said its most likely gas it does get better my surgery was on the 19 of this month and it's improving good luck to you

Yep I experienced that too, normal yet painful. I also had a painful left arm as well.

Pain in the left side is normal. My surgeon said they do the majority of the work on that side and that's where the stapler is inserted. It does to away.
