Hello everyone. I am looking for some Chinese food recipes or maybe healthy things to eat when I order out. Definitely not an every day or every week thing but just something every once in a while. Ideas???

I make califlower rice a lot but never thought of making fried rice that way. Thanks for the idea! And I will definitely look into trader Joe's. Frozen and already riced would be much easier! Sent fr

When I eat Chiniese I usually get something like chicken and broccoli or beef and broccoli and forego the rice.

When I ate at a Japanese hibachi restaurant Ingot shrimp and scallops.

Teriyaki chicken is usually a good bet very little sugar, high protien. When my husband went to panda express I ordered this in a small. I was able to finish it and it was very moist.

I'm anxious to try fried cauliflower "rice" - with egg and chicken, I'm thinking it will be a great choice. Trader Joes sells riced cauliflower in the frozen section.
