Hi ttgill, I'm struggling a little. These Protein shakes are horrible, I'm going to try the one lean meat and vegetable diet until Fri. Then I'll go back to the five shakes a day. I wish you well, I'm here if you need to chat

I hope all went well.. For me it did, home now recovering. The only problems I'm having is drinking more and the gas pains suck[emoji120]????[emoji119]
