I'm 6.5 months and 82lbs down. I went for my 6 months follow up Friday and the dr was very pleased. He feels like I should more than reach my goal by 1 year out.

    I worked out a lot in months 2 - 4 but then got pneumonia and then strep and had to rest. Trying to get back to it has been really hard!
