Congratulations on your weight loss. I was sleeved in April, too. I can't believe how fast the time is flying by.

Have you talked to your NUT about your concerns? Are you still following your program and getting in all of your Protein and Fluid every day?

Even though you have stopped seeing your trainer are you exercising regularly?

Without knowing more about what you are doing it is hard to help you with specific suggestions.

Embrace the Stall!

Record the food and drink you have, and for quitting with training, I'm sure you know the answer to that.

I had my sleeve last April, so far I've lost 77 pounds needing to loose at least 60 more. I've leveled off, no my weight fluctuates. I stop with my trainer. Any suggestions.

I had my surgery in Aug. and right now I have hit a stall in loss also. I have tried to switch my menu around and hit the Protein drinks. I am unable to do much exercise as I am in a wheelchair. It is discouraging but hang in there you will start to lose again, I'm right there with you, hoping I can jump start my loss again. You can do it and big CONGRATS on your current weight loss already.
