    If you are using your insurance to pay for it I know with mine I was required to enroll in their bariatrics program. From there I was given a nurse coordinator and a list of approved surgeons within so many miles of my house.

    Yes, I am going with my original surgeon that did my band. Getting a revision to the sleeve in July/August. :) The OP on this thread was looking for one tho.

    Search for D r. Maytoren a, he has a looooooot a lot of information about the procedure and real testimonials from his patients, personally that makes me feel more confidence about a surgeon credibility, also i think its a very affordable price... Im new at this, but right now hes one of my main options, does anyone know more about him?
