Hi, I'm new here and I must say that reading what everyone else is going through has definitely helped me get through this! I am so frustrate. I did all of my requirements, followed up many times to make sure my surgeons office has everything they need (Aetna in nj) and they have told me since two weeks ago that my I for would be submitted to insurance. I called insurance feeling inspired by the quick turn around times some of y'all have posted about and they haven't received anything. I called the surgeon and left a message with his nurse and the person who handles authorizations and what not and no one has called me back.

I just needed to vent to people wo understand my frustration. I just want to start my journey!
