Lacking Energy On Pre-Op Diet

I'm sure y'all seen this same ole song and dance but wow.. Day 4 of pre op diet.. Hungers gone, scale is dropping however I'm a so fatigued.. Flat out tired.. I'm not going to give in of course but how about advice on energy?

My diet is all liquid.. 50 ounces of Protein shakes (Premier Protein and muscle milk) and at least 48 ounces of Clear liquids..

If energy comes back after a couple days I'm fine with that, but does it?

you should start on your briatric Vitamins, or at least take what you can buy at the store today.

My pre-op diet was about 450 calories a day, I still had to go to work every day, I still had 100% of my stomach, and I was told to continue working out. Of course I was completely exhausted. I got to where it was hard for me to lift my arms to wash my hair in the mornings! I eventually cut out the exercise and just went to bed earlier and earlier every night. You are not alone.
