I am still in my first week and wondering about the special k protien water drink. It is really low in cal but offers protien. It is none carbonated and I think it will give me more energy...what do you all think?

My faviorite protien drink is muscle milk "light". there are alot of different flavors

How many fat, and carb grams are in the light version? What about calories? I like MM but the regular version is loaded with sugar.

If you like isopure then try protein ice. I'm not sure where you can get it where you live. I get mine at a local health food store. It is a 100x better than isopure. It doesn't leave that gross filmy coating in your mouth and tastes just like punch.

Hey, Late. Thanks! Any chance you know how many grams of protein and carbs there are? If not, I'll see if I can look it up.
