Chest pain post vsg

Hi all. Just a quickie.

I've had moderate chest pain ever since my vsg that comes some days and not others. It's like a tightness all over my front breast area. I'm 4 months out and now 2 days in a row of pain. This common?

Could be heartburn or acid reflux? Are you on a PPI? I also feel constriction in my esophagus if I eat too much. Are you experiencing this feeling right after eating?

Chest pain is nothing to take lightly. Yes you have had the vsg, yes it may be just GERD (acid reflux) but NEVER take it lightly. See your PCP or go to the ER to get checked out. Best case scenario, its GERD but worst case is it's your heart or a blood clot to your lungs called a PE (Pulmonary Embolus). How are you now?
