Today is my appointment for my ten day diet class man this is so real and coming quick. My surgery is on the coolest day ever Leap Day 2016 February 29th. So excited to start this new journey.

Try to remember it is normal to be a bit worried and apprehensive. You are embarking on a new healthier life.

It can be outpatient and you can be on the other side before you know it.

Well idk my first grand baby was born at 1:15 am today.
