Not hungry puréed stage

Should I eat even if I'm not hungry the whole day. I'm on the puréed stage but if I try to eat I vomit. The thing is I'm not hungry at all just really thirsty.

    Just make sure you are getting your Protein and fluids.

    Your purees may be too thick. Try thinning them down. Keep up your fluids, get in your protein, and take the purees slowly.
