Funny how sometimes you forget..

So I'm 3 months post op and have a physically active job. I was running around and got really thirsty. Grabbed my bottle and after about 4 or 5 big gulps I quickly was reminded my belly doesn't like that.. funny how we forget the simple things sometimes. That's a mistake I won't make again for a while. Ugh haha

You might try again in another couple of months. I'm 17 months post-op and I can take several big gulps of water now with no issue (as long as I haven't eaten in the last hour or so).

I am 4 months out and can chug fairly easily :o
