Contacting site Admin

Hi! I wasn't sure where to post this, but since I am pre-surgery (3/1!!! Woo hoo!!!) I decided to try here. I need to contact an Admin for the site. I searched everywhere for a "help" or "contact us" section but was unable to locate one. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
