Feb 23 is the day!

So I've been scheduled for my bypass here in Orlando on Feb 23. I'm a little nervous, as its all so real now. I just started my 3 week recommended liquid or stage 2 diet, which will be on through my surgery. Any tips?

  • Thanks. Yeah, I did change a few habits. I cut out soda and limited my portions. I'm on day 2 of my presurgury diet, and I'm doing ok. I just have to get the thoughts of a good meal out of my head

So today's the day, and I can't sleep a wink. I'm not sure if I'm nervous, afraid, or excited. A little of each, I guess. I so don't know what to expect, and that both excites me and scares me shitless. I'm so dang hungry, and all I had yesterday was some Water and...well more water. I had to work yesterday, and I didn't really get a chance to eat the way I'm supposed to. I know...(slaps own wrist) but I was really busy, as I was preparing to be out of the office for 3 weeks.

I won't make this much longer, but thank you all for the support, and I'll catch up with you all afterwards!!!
