I started today too, so far not too bad for me but I can see how it will get old really fast. After Protein shakes all day I am looking forward to some broth for dinner. Is your surgery on the 16th too?

I know we can do this, let's kick these two weeks in the butt.

I also started my protein shakes and broth today. We will totally rock this! I'm just ready for the 9th and am willing to do anything for it, including a liquid diet! Stay strong! The end results will be totally worth it!
