  • That's AMAZING! Not to be a downer, but don't expect that rate of loss always. Here is how it will go for you in general: After your amazing, large losses, expect a stall in the next few weeks.

  • Thank y'all so much! Oh, and I know. I'm dreading that day when it stops falling off! Lol

After your amazing, large losses, expect a stall in the next few weeks. Don't freak out. Your body is just needing to adjust things and take a break.

Once the stall is over, your losses should be at a more 'normal' rate of 2-5 pounds a week, depending on how much more weight you have to lose.

Good luck and good job on your amazing first week loss!

Congrats! Know that that pace won't continue, so embrace it while it melts away.

Outstanding! When things slow down to a normal pace (or stall) just stick to your diet plan and portions.
