Gas pains

Hello all, I had gastric bypass on 1-25-16. I am having so much gas pains in my back and lower abdomen!I've tried the gas X strips ( they don't seem to help ) I also get up and move around and use a heating pad. This feeling today makes it so hard to want to drink ( I am getting the liquids in though ) I just don't feel hungry and I feel so bloated. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Walk. You must get up.I went to the grocery 4 days after surgery just to move.I drink lots of tea as well.

yeah, unfortunately the only thing that will really help you is gentle walking. Sometimes a hot shower did the trick when a heating pad wouldn't. Something about the water pressure helped me. It will get better, and soon. If it doesn't get better, and only gets worse, call your doctor asap. Feel better soon and take care! :)

It will get better! Most of the time I would have to use 3 of the Gas X strips at a time to get relief. My doc said it was ok and it did help. Hang in there!
