Well you have a lot of Spivak patients around you. Dr. Spiegel did my surgery 15 months ago and I am almost at goal. No ones fault but mine that I am not already there. I no longer live in Houston but I do know there are several support groups around. Let me know what part you are in and I will try to help. Congradulations on your band and the best of luck.;)
