Hi Princess, I'm on my preop and gained weight. But the few days before I had all type of last meal crap. That I didn't even really want. But my psyche almost convinced me I needed. Smh.

But anyway the morning of day three of preop I had gained 3lbs. But I was actually following the preop diet it was just the crap had finally metabolized itself into weight gain. Any who I'm on day five now and I've lost those three pounds I gained in two days and think it will continue through next week. Could this be what happened to you?

Lol.

Yes, that was my fear also. Hopefully the scale will have moved in the other direction and you will be clear. ????
