Stretching...

My biggest fear is stretching my sleeve I am only 3 ½ weeks out and I'm afraid to eat or drink to much. Any advance on how to over come this fear?

Your fear is unfounded. It is impossible to stretch a sleeve as early out as you are. As a matter of fact, it would take YEARS of systematic overeating to the point of vomiting to even stretch it. The stretchy part was cut out during surgery.

Being able to eat more as the swelling goes down and things relax a little is normal. It won't mean you stretched your sleeve.
