January 28 surgery

I'm 4 days into my liquid only diet and the first two days were hell it seems to be getting easier my surgery is on Thursday any words of advice. And how long was everybody with a labor intensive job out of work?

My surgeon required me to do 7 days which isn't so bad compared to some program requirements I've seen on here.

My surgery is on Thursday as well! I'm getting so excited!

Yeah I'm a chief engineer on a tugboat and my job isn't that physically demanding all the time but it can be sometimes that's what I'm worried about!
