  14. Hi everyone, I literally just turned 40 2 days ago and I have 5 kids. I am a 5'3 frame weighing 210. Those friends that I have confided to about sleeve, think I'm crazy and going thru a mid life crisis. They don't seem to understand that I am only getting older and my metabolism doesn't run like it used to and that I just want to do this for myself. They think I'm crazy to go to Mexico and get surgery. Is it crazy for me to want this when I don't have a huge issue to start out with?
