Got my date from Dr.Yatco's office am so excited but since the holidays I've gained like 9 pounds so the first thing they said was have you gained weight I said no but I know I did .

So I started eating healthier again today lol ???? so I can get down to the 238 I had when I last saw the nutritionist Sharon . I hope I loose it I don't want to get denied over 9 pounds !!!!

Congrats on your surgery day! And you can shed those 9 pounds in the meantime. Don't let them stand in the way of your healthy future. Best wishes and stay strong!

Get back to your diet and you will be fine, My surgery date is March 1st too!
