At night I usually have a cup of tea after my vitamins/pills (I still have to crush my pills). In the morning have them before Breakfast. Maybe that will help :)

Most of them you're suppose to take with food ;)

Why not just take your vitamins with your food? Many vitamins say to do so right on the bottle.

Agree with others. Take with food. Absorption is better with food anyway (even if just your Protein drink). The hunger feeling could actually be acid reflux.

My Biotin makes me sick if not taken with food. The multi Vitamins are often fine without, but since I take them in the morning I often taken them around the time that I have breakfast. I've noticed that my problem tends to come from consuming too much Water when I swallow them which leaves me feeling crummy for a few minutes.
