    Hi Sara, I have BCBS high mark ipa and they will cover 75%. My question is what is a roundabout estimate of the hospital charges? My surgeon told me his fee but he didn't know what the hospital charges would be.

    Hello I have Atena choice Pos II. I chose the 90 day criteria. I met the Nut, I'm practicing in weight watchers and seeing my PCP for the next 3 months. So it appear I on the right track of getting approved
